ONLINE CONTRACT

 

One of the many benefits of advertising on SouthBayParent.com is the personal attention you will receive. You can change the wording, images, and details of your listing at any time. We work with you to advertise your events, classes, and promotions. Your business will have an opportunity to be in our newsletters that go out directly to all of our subscribers and post special discounts on our local perks. The purpose of our website is to connect with the community, and we want you to have a positive experience and the best opportunity to reach the market you are targeting. Basic Package / $360 year (99 cents/day)

  • You will receive a listing on all applicable pages.
  • The listing includes: business name, address, phone number and 4 line description.
  • You will receive a link back to your site.
  • Capability to post calendar events & local perks.
  • Free access to the Small Business, Professional or Restaurant Marketing Pro Workshops or "Keys" Seminar
  • Invitation to annual Business Mixer.

Non-Profit Package / $180 year (49 cents/day)

  • You will receive a listing on all applicable pages.
  • The listing includes: business name, address, phone number and 4 line description.
  • You will receive a link back to your site.
  • Capability to post calendar events & local perks.
  • Invitation to annual Business Mixer.

Resource Package / $75 year (21 cents/day)

  • Same benefits as the Non-Profit Package.
  • This is for daycare, preschool programs, individual tutors & churches only.
  • Also applies to Camps that do not offer other programs throughout the year.

Web Page Package / $420 year ($1.14/day) ($240 non-profits / $125 child care)

This is a great package if you do not have your own website.

  • Same benefits as the Basic Package.
  • You will receive a link to your new business page that includes your logo, menu, a more detailed description and/or a schedule.
  • The initial set-up fee is $150 for your business page.

Newsletter Advertising / fees below

The email newsletter will go out to families twice a month commencing in June, 2007 

Two Fee Options:

  • Your business logo & 1 line description will be featured, $CALL OR
  • Paragraph (up to 65 words) on your business without logo, $1CALL
  • Please email your logo in .jpg format.
  • If you pre-pay for 4 newsletters - you will receive %CALL off.
  • If you do not have a paid listing on the site, the fee is $CALL.
Business Newsletter Advertising / $CALL

The email newsletter goes out to more than xxx businesses every month.

  • Your business logo & 1 line description will be featured in a business newsletter.

In-Kind Sponsorship

Take advantage of reaching your target audience by having us provide in-kind media sponsorship for your event. We have over 24,000 people using our site every month and more than 4,200 receiving our monthly newsletter.

  • Promotion in 2 newsletters  value $250.
  • Listing on the event calendar with your logo  value $250
    -Other options include--
  • A personal Event page for 1 week on the site  value $500.
  • A logo & link on our Families Giving Back page for 1 week  value $250
  • A description on Non-Profit Wish List for 2 weeks to promote your organization’s needs. value $500
    -Other options include--
  • A "Current Hightlights" listing on our Weekly Updates or homepage (1 week) value $650.
  • Classifieds: Logo & link posted at top of page (1 month) value $1,500
  • Annual Listing   value $185
  • An opportunity to give away tickets to your event for our newsletter contests for even more visibility. (Non-profit will provide a minimum of 4 tickets to event.)

Non-Profit Event Media Support Package
Due to limited  in-kind sponsorships, we also offer a reduced rate package to help promote your event.

PAYMENT: The fee is $150 plus tickets to event & SouthBayparent.com materials distributed.

  • Promotion in 2 newsletters (value $250)
  • Listing on the SouthBayParent.com event calendar with your logo  (value $250)

 

Other Details: 

  • If you would like us to post all of your events for you, the fee is $120/year. Ask us for details.
  • Businesses & Non-Profits need to pay for 12 months in advance to receive the listed package rates.
  • Package prices are based on a one year contract.
  • Rates are effective January 1, 2007. Rates are subject to change without notice.
